![]() I would love some help and not just the solution I am genuinely interested into the process of figuring out how a line and offset matches with what variable in the game.įor now I think my best option would be to create a fresh save game for each difficulty setting, save as soon as the game makes it possible and compare the files to see which lines values differs from one file to the other. My first guess would be that savedata.dat is the one that needs to be edited but for now I don't know how to find which line encodes the difficulty in this mess : ![]() %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\FALCOM\Zero\savedata.dat %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\FALCOM\Zero\messagelog.dat %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\FALCOM\Zero\info.txt %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\FALCOM\Zero\icon0.png The folder contains a list of subfolders, 1 for each save slot. I think the idea is the same as in previous trails games (specifically the SKY series) : edit with an hexa editor the save files. I have not find a quick solution and I like digging. I am looking for a way to change the difficulty without restarting an entire run.
